↩️ Undo a Wrong Operation Yourself
Made a mistake accruing stamps or points? You can now cancel an operation straight from the transaction history — no support ticket needed. Cancelling a stamp accrual rolls back any rewards it produced, cancelled entries are clearly marked, and the stamp write-off window now shows the current balance and tells you exactly what went wrong when a write-off does not fit.
📝 Edit a Transaction Comment
Invoice numbers and notes typed into a transaction comment can now be corrected right in the transaction history — add a comment, change it, or clear it.
🔔 Choose Which Emails to Receive
Your customers no longer have to choose between all emails and none. They can now turn off card activity updates or promotions separately from the unsubscribe page, and you can see and change their choice on the customer card.
🎫 Reset Renewal Date and Restore Visits Separately
Changing a membership tier now only changes the tier. Resetting the renewal date and restoring the visit balance are two separate buttons on the customer card, and restoring visits works even with auto-renewal switched off — no more turning auto-renewal on and off just to give someone their visits back.
