LTV widget for customers.
Added the LTV indicator to the cardholder’s profile. For a cardholder, LTV is the total sum of all purchases made over time (purchase sum from visits — the same value used as revenue in the ROI stats).

- Added the ability to select menu items as rewards for reward cards in the Toast integration.
Discounts can now be created either as fixed amounts or percentages, and menu items can be combined.
- Added the ability for reward cards using the “Spending” mechanic to accumulate points without entering a purchase amount.
Fixed
- Fixed customer visit count in the TOP 10 stats. Now the values match those shown in the customer’s profile.
