A number of improvements to the Franchise account:
- Added new feature: Reports! You can now create one-time or periodic reports and receive them by email.
- Added ability to edit and delete subaccounts
- Added ability to edit subaccount expiration date
- Added "Customer profile" widgets to dashboard
- Added card builder link to franchise left menu
- Enabled authentication button just after subaccount is created
- Fixed "network error" in some cases
