Fix and Improvement pack

Fixes:

Membership:

• Fixed template saving error when Stripe is disabled.
• Corrected tier display on the card (showing default instead of edited).
• Adjusted tier display on the back of the card if no price is present (in versions without payment collection but with enabled limits).
• Fixed the ability to add benefits to tier descriptions.

General:

• Fixed an error related to reconnecting Stripe accounts where the "active" status wasn't appearing after reconnection.
